Hello world! Allow me to reintroduce myself:  My name is Maxim “Max” Nazaire.  I am the owner and founder of Fit2DMax Inc.  Welcome to my blog.  What you can expect from this blog is a real personal touch to health and fitness.  This will be a place where you will be able to have the chance to connect with the man behind Fit2DMax inc in a personal way.  Pretty much this will give me the opportunity to free my mind, and for you to do the same.    You will also have the opportunity to connect with others who are in your situation too.  Fitness is a life time commitment.  Most people see it as a destination, but it truly is a journey.  Even when you accomplish your goals, it requires constant maintenance, support and attention.  The attention is worth it because you truly are investing time, money and effort into your most important asset: Your body.  And unlike a house, a car, or stocks and bonds, you only get one body in this lifetime so treat it right.  Your body is your temple.

As a fitness expert it is a no brainer that I do my best to stay in the best possible shape that I can.  Although I feel like I am in great shape, there are things that I have struggled with to maintain a healthy body.  Because of this I feel like this is the reason why I can help people to get into the best shape of their lives.  I know how it feels like to work towards a goal, and simply not have what it takes to see it through.  I know what it means to want to buy healthy food, but not have the money to do it.  I remember the days when I couldn’t do a push up, a pull up or a squat.  Now I can do all of the above with weights attached!

I understand the feeling of being teased because you don’t look like the people in Hollywood, you know “The beautiful people”.  Now the people that teased me wished that they had the inner peace that I have.  The inner peace that you gain when you treat your mind right and your body right.  I know what it means to wake up and feel like you are more tired than you were when you went to bed.  Now no matter how hard my days are, I wake up refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to conquer the day.  I know about injuries.  I know what it feels like to hurt.  I’ve had knee problems, back pain, a shoulder impingement and a grade three ankle sprain.  After I gained more knowledge about how my body works, not only was I able make my body stronger than it has ever been but also show others how to do the same.  I have always felt that sometimes you need to be pushed down before you can get up and stand strong.  It’s not the result that makes you stronger, it is from the journey that you gain your strength.

I hope that this blog will be a great help to you and become the extra support that you need on your journey to be strong and fit.  Welcome to Fitness blah, blah, blah!

My question that I have for you is what is your personal reason for trying to get into better shape?  I want a real answer to this question.  It is your reason so there are no right or wrong answers.  In my next blog I will tell you how I got started in the fitness industry and the story of how Fit2DMax inc was created.

    I used to be very athletic in my younger years (sigh) and I wanted to know what are some practical ways to tighten up on a tight schedule. I’m talking ten minutes in the morning over an extended period of time. Thanks!

    i agree with all of your reasons for working out. I play basketball and every once in while jog. I respect all track runners in the sense that it in my opinion is the most challenging excercise there is. But deep down inside i guess i work out because i know that my body have to be strong just like my mind and soul. So that would just be one of three things in order to complete the trinity of self actualization.

    Well I have a passion for sports. I play anything that’s financially within my budget and that I can basically cram into my schedule. My main purpose for getting into better shape is so that I can always stay active no matter how old I get. My parents have always been physically fit and I always want to take it to the next level and be competitive in any sport I play.

    I admire your desire to workout and share fit2damax with friends family and organizations. my personal reason for getting in shape i watch you and others and im impress on the excerises that you show me in the gym, and well as living a healthy lifestyle.
