Inside scoop! First peek inside of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Wellness by Maxim Nazaire

Exercising on the Strength rope because I love the pursuit of wellness and appreciate the freedom to respect my temple. Spiritually, Mentally, and Physically Strong.

So my mom’s birthday was on November 5th.  She celebrated 69 years on this earth.  I wish I was in New York to celebrate with her, but since I live in Atlanta, I had to settle for talking to her over the phone.   I love my mom!  I suppose that everyone loves their momma.  The reason why I love my mother is because she loves me more than I love myself.  The sacrifices that she has made so that I would have a chance at success were often taken for granted, but as an adult I can appreciate them now.

In my new book Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Wellness I reflected on a very particular moment when it was very clear how deep her love for her son, as well as her other 7 children was.  This quote is from the book and stems from my stay at Beth Israel hospital in New York City:

“My mother’s expression was one that I will never forget.  Her face had one look, but it said it all.  It said worry, pain, concern, anxiety, sadness, and confusion.   At that point it really sank in that there was one person who suffered more than I did due to the surgery.  When you go through difficult times, you often find out what’s important and who’s important.   By the time checkout day came around, I knew the answers to both.”

If you are in the Atlanta area on December 4th 2012, I invite you to celebrate the launch of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Wellness.  You can RSVP at the following link:

In the mean time, look out for more quotes from Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Wellness.  Take care, God bless and may you be Spiritually, Mentally and Physically Strong.
