WHAT To Expect: We offer small, customizable group fitness packages. Our classes never exceed more than 10. So even though you’re in a group, you get the individual attention you need and deserve.
HOW Often to Train: Each 90 Day program has a minimum of three classes per week. Designed to keep you on track. This is perfect for working professionals. We also have a class set for give classes per week, for fitness enthusiasts who are determined to see faster results.
